Hi, I’m Carey Foss, a learning and development professional with over a decade of experience designing impactful learning experiences across the financial services and collections industries. I specialize in creating clear, engaging, and effective training materials—whether it’s a quick-reference job aid, a polished learning video, or a fully interactive eLearning course.

I began my career on the phones in financial services, worked my way up to managing teams, and eventually found my passion in education and knowledge management. Along the way, I’ve designed training for front-line employees, built and maintained knowledge bases, and led high-performing teams of training professionals across multiple lines of business.
